My Outdoor Connection's LED Lighted Palm Tree Warranty
Our LED lighted palm trees are attractive all year
My Outdoor Connection warrants all Electrical Lighted Palm Trees and their components for a period of 1 year from the date of sale for defects in materials or manufacturer, excluding and defects of damage caused by improper installation, use of improper installation equipment, accessories or hardware not supplied by My Outdoor Connection and damage to the product and / or its components or function caused by incidental acts, events or conditions outside the control of My Outdoor Connection.
My Outdoor Connection reserves the right to replace or repair any warrantable parts at its discretion. Any returned part is subject to inspection and final approval by My Outdoor Connection's quality control staff member before replacement or repair.
Inbound shipping costs of returned parts will be at the customer or dealer's cost and non-refundable. If the part is deemed to be defective by My Outdoor Connection, the repaired or replacement part will be shipped back to the customer or dealer at My Outdoor Connection's expense.
If the part is found to be in good working condition or if the part is found not to be covered under this warranty for any reason, My Outdoor Connection will notify the customer and / or dealer of such determination and request instructions for further handling of this part.
Shipments of the unwarranted part back to the customer / dealer will only be at the customer / dealer's expense, and any such unwarranted part not claimed by the customer / dealer within 30 days after notification by My Outdoor Connection shall become property of My Outdoor Connection.
My Outdoor Connection's palm tree warranty does not cover the cost of any additional labor costs incurred by the customer / dealer in connection with a damaged part or installation of a replacement part. My Outdoor Connection expressly disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages or costs monetary or otherwise arising directly or indirectly from any defective part.
In the event the customer needs to return a My Outdoor Connection palm tree part or component under this warranty, please contact My Outdoor Connection at 508-951-3407 and request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA number).
Proof of purchase, including date or purchase, will be required and should be sent by email or fax to 508-951-3407 or mailed to: My Outdoor Connection, 26 Tyler Street, Westport, MA 02790.

My Outdoor Connection stands behind our products and guarantees your satisfaction with every order.
We guarantee our products, and promise to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee).
Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.
Our LED Natural Lighted Palm Trees are backed by a 1 year FULL factory warranty. This trees warranty starts the date of purchase and covers the replacement of fronds that are damaged due to normal use.
Acts of God, mother nature, animals and other problems, incorrect installation, or other not related to normal use of our products are not covered under our warranty. This does not cover buyer's remorse.

Shipping varies on the size and fragility of the item purchased. Lighted palm trees are shipped via freight carrier. We will get the best shipping quote we can to your area.
If you are purchasing more than one lighted palm tree, please email me or call me at 508-951-3407 for a shipping quote with your city, state, & zip code. I will get back with you the same day.
Return Policy - LED Lighted Palm Trees & Lighted Tiara Trees
We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects.
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging, and customer agrees to pay a 25% restocking charge.
2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be:
A. Unused and in the original packaging,
B. Have an RMA # from our accounting department,
C. Must be returned within 15 days of receipt,
D. We do not refund or accept returns for buyer's remorse!
3. We will not give a credit or refund for unused merchandise.
4. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

Make sure that you have damage noted on the package at time of acceptance with the carrier who is delivering your product. Then please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
